Yes! We cater for birthdays, events, hampers, and corporate gifting. Contact us directly for bulk pricing and availability.

Our products typically contain gluten (wheat), eggs, dairy (milk, butter), nuts, and soya. Individual product allergen information is available on request. Please contact us before ordering if you have a severe allergy.

We offer local delivery around Newcastle upon Tyne, alongside collection. Get in touch after ordering and we'll sort out what works best and what it costs. We don't use couriers or post anything — every order is baked fresh and handed over directly, so it never sits in a van overnight.

Everything is packaged carefully in boxes to keep your treats safe in transit. Larger orders include protective inserts.

Cookies: store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Brownies: room temperature up to 4 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Cake jars: refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Yes! Cookies and brownies both freeze well for up to 3 months. Wrap individually and defrost at room temperature for 30–60 minutes.

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure Stripe checkout. We never store your card details.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
