Midnight Bakehouse ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site and why.

What we collect: when you place an order or use the contact form, we collect the details you give us — name, email, phone, and (for delivery) address — so we can fulfil and communicate with you about your order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, which collects these details directly at checkout; we do not store your card details, and we don't run a separate customer database of our own.

Cookies & local storage: we use your browser's local storage only to remember your cart contents between visits. This data stays on your device only — it is never sent to or stored on our servers — and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Analytics: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which pages they view, and roughly where visitors are from. This is anonymised, aggregate usage data — it's not linked to your name or contact details, and it doesn't run at all if you decline cookies.

Sharing: we don't sell your data. We only share what's needed with the services that run the site (e.g. Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for site usage) so your order can be processed and the site can be improved.
